Brad Phillips

It turns out Brad Phillips had a small but signifant role in creating the Star Trek legacy. He was originally hired as a fitting model for TNG’s original Starfleet uniforms and was later upgraded to background actor, playing several non-speaking and uncredited characters. Notably, he was one of the scantily clad aliens in the episode “Justice” — about a planet of horny bimbos and himbos that try to execute Wesley Crusher for stepping on some flowers.
